ASCENTAGE-B: Trustee Acquires 50,000 Shares for 2022 RSU Scheme at HK$38.20 Each

Ascentage Pharma Group International (ASCENTAGE-B) disclosed that the trustee of its 2022 Restricted Share Unit (RSU) Scheme purchased 50,000 existing shares on-market on 28 May 2026 to satisfy future vesting obligations.

The transaction amounted to HK$1.91 million, translating into an average purchase price of HK$38.20 per share and representing approximately 0.0134% of the company’s total issued share capital.

Following this acquisition, the trustee’s cumulative holdings under the 2022 RSU Scheme rose to 2.32 million shares, which will remain non-voting while held in trust.

No additional RSU awards have been granted beyond the initial and five subsequent grants previously announced (dated 23 June 2022; 4 May 2023; 2 September 2024; 27 June 2025; 26 November 2025; and 20 April 2026).
