ANGELALIGN (06699) has announced a board reshuffle. Non-executive director Mr. Feng Dai has been reassigned and appointed as an executive director, effective April 23, 2026. He will continue to serve as Chairman of the Board and Chairman of the Board's Nomination Committee. Separately, Mr. Song Xin has resigned from his position as a director, also effective April 23, 2026. Following his resignation from the board, Mr. Song will maintain his role as the company's Chief Strategy Officer.
