According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Wellington Management Group LLP raised its holdings in Weichai Power (02338) by 2,324,990 shares on March 18. The transaction was executed at a price of HK$28.3891 per share, amounting to a total consideration of approximately HK$66.0044 million.

Following this acquisition, Wellington Management's total shareholding in Weichai Power has increased to around 99.0887 million shares, representing a 5.1% stake in the company.
