LANCANG TEA (06911) announced that all closing conditions precedent under the subscription agreements have been fulfilled. According to the subscription agreements, the subscription was completed on September 30, 2025. The company has allotted and issued a total of 24 million H-shares to 4 subscribers at a subscription price of HK$2.46 per subscription share, representing approximately 76.19% of the company's issued H-shares and approximately 19.05% of the total issued share capital immediately before completion of the subscription; and approximately 43.24% of the company's issued H-shares and approximately 16.00% of the total issued share capital immediately after completion of the subscription as of the date of this announcement. The net proceeds from the subscription amounted to approximately HK$58.04 million (approximately RMB 52.81 million).
