Bama Tea Executes HK$0.57 Million On-Market Buyback, Share Count Falls to 83.62 Million

Bama Tea Co., Ltd. (Bama Tea) disclosed that it repurchased 20,000 H shares on 25 September 2026 via on-exchange transactions, spending a total of HK$0.57 million at prices ranging from HK$28.10 to HK$29.80 per share. The volume-weighted average repurchase price was approximately HK$28.49.

Following the transaction, Bama Tea’s outstanding H-share count (excluding treasury shares) declined by 0.02 % to 83.62 million shares, while treasury shares rose to 1.30 million. The company’s total issued share capital remains at 84.92 million shares.

The repurchase was executed under the mandate approved by shareholders on 21 April 2026, which authorises the company to buy back up to 5.30 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now total 1.30 million shares, equivalent to 2.46 % of the share base on the mandate date.

In line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, Bama Tea faces a 30-day moratorium—until 25 October 2026—on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares following this buyback.
