Elite UK REIT announced the successful close of its fully underwritten private placement on Jun, 16 2026.

The trust will issue 25.0 million new units at 0.296 pound each, securing gross proceeds of roughly 12.6 million Singapore dollars. The price represents discounts of about 13.12% to the previous day’s volume-weighted average price of 0.3407 pound and 9.29% to the adjusted VWAP of 0.3263 pound.

Trading of the new units on the Singapore Exchange Main Board is expected to begin at 9:00 a.m. Singapore time on Jun, 25 2026, following in-principle approval from the bourse.

Maybank Securities and RHB Bank Berhad acted as joint bookrunners and underwriters for the placement, which saw strong demand from existing and new institutional investors, long-only funds and high-net-worth individuals.
