Dynamic Holdings Schedules 29 September Board Meeting to Approve FY 2026 Results and Consider Final Dividend

Dynamic Holdings Limited has announced that its board of directors will convene on Tuesday, 29 September 2026. The agenda includes:

• Approval of the audited financial results for the fiscal year ended 30 June 2026. • Authorization of the public release of those results. • Deliberation on a potential final dividend for shareholders.

The meeting notice was issued by Company Secretary Polly Wong on 16 September 2026. The current board comprises Chairman Dr. Tan Lucio C. (with Mrs. Pascual Sheila Tan as alternate), Chief Executive Officer Mr. Chiu Siu Hung, Allan, six additional executive directors, and four independent non-executive directors.
