CHINA BAOLI TEC (00164) announced that the Group is expected to record an unaudited loss attributable to shareholders ranging between approximately HKD 14 million and HKD 18 million for the six-month period ending September 30, 2025. This compares to a loss of approximately HKD 7.5 million for the same period in 2024. Based on currently available information, the anticipated increase in loss is primarily attributable to: (i) the absence of impairment loss reversals under the expected credit loss model; (ii) a decrease in other income during the period, including reduced settlement gains; and (iii) higher foreign exchange losses compared to the corresponding period in 2024.
