November 10 marked the first competition day after the official opening of the 15th National Games. High-profile events, such as the men's 400m freestyle final showdown between Sun Yang and Pan Zhanle, as well as Wang Chuqin and Sun Yingsha's appearances in the men's and women's singles 1/16 finals, drove a surge in hotel bookings near the venues.

At 7 PM on November 10, the men's 400m freestyle final took place at the Shenzhen Universiade Center. Data from TONGCHENGTRAVEL showed that by noon on the same day, popular room types at some hotels within a 5-kilometer radius of the venue were already sold out. Additionally, hotel bookings in Shenzhen's Longgang District, where the Universiade Center is located, saw a month-on-month increase of over 24%.

Meanwhile, Wang Chuqin and Sun Yingsha competed in the men's and women's singles 1/16 finals at the Galaxy Arena in Macau on November 10, attracting a large number of table tennis fans. According to TONGCHENGTRAVEL, hotel bookings in Macau SAR surged by more than 52% year-on-year that day.

To meet the demand for National Games viewing, TONGCHENGTRAVEL recently launched a "Great Stays for Great Games" hotel promotion, covering venues in Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macau. Some hotels near Guangdong venues offered discounts of up to 60% off. Furthermore, users searching "National Games" on the TONGCHENGTRAVEL app could purchase viewing packages that include accommodation, attractions, and event tickets.

A TONGCHENGTRAVEL representative noted that due to high demand for event tickets, some viewing packages were in limited supply. Travelers planning a "sports-tourism" trip were advised to book as soon as possible.
