Chaowei Power Holdings Limited announced on 24 April 2026 that its 2025 Annual Report, an accompanying circular, the notice of its forthcoming annual general meeting and a proxy form are now available on both the HKEXnews website and the company’s own site (www.chaowei.com.hk). Printed copies will be dispatched free of charge upon individual request.

In line with the paperless listing regime that took effect on 31 December 2023, the board confirmed the formal adoption of electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications. Both English and Chinese versions will henceforth be released online only, replacing routine hard-copy distribution.

Registered shareholders are urged to supply a functional email address—either by scanning the personalised QR code on the reply form or by returning the completed form to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited. Without a valid email on file, investors will not receive publication notifications and must check the company and HKEXnews websites proactively; only “actionable” communications (e.g., proxy forms) will be sent in paper form.

Shareholders preferring hard copies of future documents may opt in by returning the reply form or emailing chaoweipower.ecom@computershare.com.hk with their name, address and request. This instruction remains effective for one year unless amended or revoked.
