On May 8, Minsheng Bank announced that it had received approval from the National Financial Regulatory Administration on May 7, 2026, for the appointment of Huang Hongri as the bank's Chief Compliance Officer. According to the relevant regulations, Huang Hongri assumed the role of Chief Compliance Officer at Minsheng Bank effective from the date of the approval.

Huang Hongri, born in 1972, currently serves as a Vice President of Minsheng Bank and also holds the position of Chairman of Minsheng Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. His previous roles at the bank include Director of the Information and Planning Center in the Corporate Banking Department, Market Director of the Energy Finance Division, President of the Nanning Branch, General Manager of the Corporate Banking Department, General Manager of the Corporate Business Strategy Planning Department within the Corporate and Investment Banking Division, President of the Guangzhou Branch, General Manager of the Credit Management Department, and General Manager of the Credit Approval Department. Huang Hongri holds a master's degree in International Finance from Hunan University and is certified as an Economist.
