China Tianrui Automotive Interiors Co., Limited (“TR INTERIORS”) announced on 29 April 2026 that its 2025 Annual Report and 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report are now available online. English and Chinese versions of the Annual Report have been posted on both the company’s website (www.trqcns.com) and Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing’s website (www.hkexnews.hk). The 2025 ESG Report is provided exclusively in electronic form on the same platforms.

The company strongly recommends shareholders review the web-based reports. Non-registered shareholders who experience difficulty accessing the online documents—or who prefer hard copies—may request printed versions free of charge by completing and returning the enclosed request form to Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by emailing 6162-ecom@vistra.com.

To streamline future communications, TR INTERIORS urges non-registered shareholders to supply a valid email address to their banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited (“Intermediaries”). If no functional email or postal address is provided through the Intermediaries, the company will not dispatch further publication notices.

Shareholders requesting printed materials can choose to receive the Annual Report and all future corporate communications in English, Chinese or both languages. The preference will remain effective for subsequent documents until 31 December 2027 or until written notice of change is sent to the share registrar.
