B & S International Holdings Ltd. (the Company, together with its subsidiaries, the Group) has scheduled a board meeting on 25 November 2025. According to the announcement, the directors intend to review and approve the Group’s unaudited results for the six months ended 30 September 2025 and determine whether to declare an interim dividend.

The chairman and chief executive officer, along with other directors, are expected to attend the meeting and finalize details for the publication of the Group’s financial results.
