PRODUCTIVE TECH (00650) announced that it has successfully delivered a 12-inch high-temperature sulfuric acid cleaning equipment to a customer. This equipment is widely used in critical cleaning processes for advanced nodes such as 28/14/7nm, a market currently dominated by overseas equipment suppliers. The company's developed equipment, validated through preliminary testing, meets the technical performance of comparable overseas equipment and possesses domestically leading, internationally first-class high-temperature control capability, covering high-temperature sulfuric acid cleaning processes up to 190°C. Furthermore, the equipment features integrated and compatible design, along with flexible application configurations, providing customers with more comprehensively competitive solutions. Additionally, the company has recently successfully delivered five single-wafer cleaning machines to four customers, including: delivery of one OCTOPUS machine to a 12-inch wafer foundry customer for critical cleaning steps in the 28nm process; and delivery of one OCTOPUS machine and one CUBE machine to a customer specializing in 12-inch high-performance analog and power devices. Among these successfully delivered orders, two were repeat orders from existing customers. The company has also received a repeat order for one OCTOPUS machine, which is scheduled for delivery soon. Revenue from the aforementioned orders has not yet been recognized. Moving forward, the company will continue to focus on completing the delivery and acceptance of these semiconductor cleaning equipment orders, leveraging its technical team's expertise in semiconductor wet processing technology to further expand adoption of its equipment by high-quality semiconductor customers in critical application areas.
