According to a report by 36Kr, Shanghai Fuxi Quantum Technology Co., Ltd. recently underwent industrial and commercial registration changes, with Ningbo Meishan Bonded Port Area Wending Investment Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of CATL (300750.SZ), and Gongqingcheng Muhua Qizhi Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership), among others, newly added as shareholders.

At the same time, the registered capital increased from 1 million yuan to approximately 1.254 million yuan, with the specific amount undisclosed.

According to public information, Fuxi Quantum was established in April 2026, with Zhao Qi as the legal representative. It positions itself as a quantum application computing power platform for industrial research and development.

Its business scope includes quantum computing technology services, artificial intelligence application software development, network and information security software development, and information system integration services.
