Good Fellow Healthcare Holdings Limited (the “Company”) has announced a projected loss of approximately HK$2.7 million for the six months ended 30 September 2025. This marks a significant shift from the profit of around HK$7.6 million recorded during the corresponding period in 2024.

Despite expecting revenue of approximately HK$10.5 million for the current period, broadly in line with the HK$10.4 million generated during the same period last year, the loss is mainly attributed to the absence of a one-off gain on the disposal of subsidiaries, which amounted to about HK$10.5 million in 2024.

The figures remain provisional, as the unaudited consolidated financial results are undergoing finalization. The Company has indicated that the actual interim results, scheduled for release in November 2025, may differ from the preliminary assessment. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s shares.
