Standard Chartered PLC (STANCHART) disclosed that two senior executives have been awarded options under the 2023 Sharesave Plan, according to a Director/PDMR Shareholding notice dated 22 September 2026.

Judy Hsu, Chief Executive Officer of Wealth & Retail Banking, has been granted a three-year option over 488 ordinary shares at an exercise price of £17.79 per share. Separately, Group Chief Executive Bill Winters received a three-year option over 1,023 ordinary shares, also at £17.79 per share. Both option grants are scheduled to mature on 21 September 2026 and relate to STANCHART ordinary shares (ISIN: GB0004082847) listed on the London Stock Exchange.

The board of Standard Chartered PLC is chaired by Maria da Conceicao das Neves Calha Ramos and comprises Executive Directors William Thomas Winters (Group CEO) and Manus James MacGregor Costello (Group CFO) alongside ten Independent Non-Executive Directors.
