Huaneng Power International, Inc. has announced an updated timetable for its 2025 final dividend of RMB0.40 per share, subject to shareholder approval on 16 June 2026.

The Hong Kong-traded H-shares will trade ex-dividend on 24 June 2026. Share transfers must be lodged with Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited by 16:30 on 25 June 2026. The register will be closed from 26 June to 2 July 2026, with the record date fixed at 2 July 2026. The payment date and Hong Kong-dollar conversion rate will be announced later.

Withholding tax will generally be 10 % for non-resident enterprises and for individual investors resident in jurisdictions with a 10 % treaty rate, and 20 % for other non-resident individuals. Northbound investors will be subject to a 10 % withholding rate, while Southbound investors face a 20 % rate; treaty benefits may be reclaimed where applicable.

No changes were announced to the dividend amount; the update solely reflects revised key dates in the distribution schedule.
