QINGLING MOTORS (01122) has announced that following the passage of resolutions 1 through 8 and 10 through 16 at an extraordinary general meeting, a series of changes have been made to its board of directors.

Luo Yuguang has resigned from his positions as executive director, chairman of the company, member of the remuneration committee, and chairman and member of the nomination committee.

Nakamura Kochi has resigned from his posts as executive director and vice chairman of the company.

Tsukui Mikio, Xu Song, Li Juxing, and Li Xiaodong have all resigned as executive directors.

Long Tao has resigned as an independent non-executive director, and has concurrently stepped down from his roles as a member of the audit committee, a member of the remuneration committee, and a member of the nomination committee.

Song Xiaojiang has resigned as an independent non-executive director, and has also resigned as chairman and member of the audit committee, chairman and member of the remuneration committee, and member of the nomination committee.

In addition, Liu Zhongwei has been appointed as an executive director and concurrently as chairman of the company, a member of the remuneration committee, and chairman and member of the nomination committee.

Kani Takuji has been appointed as an executive director and concurrently as vice chairman of the company.

Nagata Tomoya, Xu Dengke, and Song Xiumin have been appointed as executive directors.

Yang Xinglong has been appointed as an independent non-executive director and concurrently as chairman and member of the audit committee, chairman and member of the remuneration committee, and member of the nomination committee.
