Raffles Education Limited announced that shareholders have passed an ordinary resolution to dispose of all shares in Hefei Yuren Education Management Co. Ltd. to Hefei Heyi Education Consulting Management Co., Ltd. at an extraordinary general meeting held on Feb, 03 2026.

The proposal received 767,430,334 votes in favour, representing 100.00% of the 767,451,734 valid votes cast, with 21,400 votes (0.00%) against.

No shareholders were required to abstain from voting, and Gong Corporate Services Pte. Ltd. acted as the scrutineer for the poll.
