Koh Brothers Group Limited announced the key dates for its one-tier tax-exempt dividends for the financial year ended Dec, 31 2025.

The company will close its register of members at 5:00 p.m. on May, 28 2026 to determine shareholder entitlements to a special dividend of 0.60 Singapore cent per ordinary share and a final dividend of 0.30 Singapore cent per ordinary share.

Share transfers registered with Tricor Barbinder Share Registration Services by 5:00 p.m. on the same day, and holdings credited to securities accounts with The Central Depository as of that time, will qualify for the dividends.

Both dividends were approved at the annual general meeting held on Apr, 29 2026 and will be paid on Jun, 5 2026.
