Centurion Corporation Limited announced on Feb, 18 2026 that the target company in its planned 65% stake purchase of 7 Kim Chuan Lane, Singapore, also owns an additional undeveloped plot of land measuring 488.3 square metres adjoining the main site.
The clarification supplements Centurion’s original disclosure dated Feb, 13 2026 and confirms that the extra parcel forms part of the assets held by the target company involved in the transaction.
