AIA Group Limited announced that it will redeem all of its US$750.00 million 2.70% Resettable Subordinated Perpetual Securities on 8 April 2026 (adjusted from the original 7 April 2026 under the modified following business day convention). The redemption price equals 100% of the principal amount plus accrued but unpaid distributions, including any arrears of distribution and additional distribution amount.

After the redemption, no Securities under the US$18.00 billion Global Medium Term Note and Securities Programme will remain outstanding, and AIA Group Limited will apply for the withdrawal of their listing from The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

The announcement is dated 2 March 2026.
