Under the agreement, Sharpening Technology will provide cloud computing power mining services worth up to USD 100 million (approximately HKD 780 million). The parties will negotiate terms for each procurement and sign separate formal cloud computing power service agreements. On the same day, Keen Golden and Sharpening Technology signed their first cloud computing power service agreement, under which Sharpening Technology will provide mining services with a minimum computing power of 1 EH/s for 365 days, with payment in Bitcoin equivalent to USD 15 million (approximately HKD 117 million). Between October 17 and November 7, 2025, the group acquired approximately 247.8694 Bitcoin on the open market for a total consideration of about USD 25.7 million (approximately HKD 200 million), averaging around USD 103,700 (approximately HKD 806,900) per Bitcoin.
