On May 8th, significant news emerged from the Xinjiang support team of the Ganzhou Qianning Chamber of Commerce. Led by President Wen Ganqun, members including directors Zhang Haiqing, Zhang Taobin, and Liu Hongbao successfully acquired a commercial land parcel designated as TKC-2026-001 in Wuqia County, Kizilsu Kirghiz Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang. This achievement marks the latest outcome following the chamber's study and inspection tour to the Kizilsu region and represents the first land acquisition by its members in Xinjiang. This move is set to inject strong momentum into the commercial development of the Turgat Port area, opening a new chapter for Ganzhou entrepreneurs' participation in the economic development of border ports.

The plot is situated in the core area of Turgat Port, bordered by Friendship Road to the north and adjacent to the original inspection hall's concrete ground to the west. It is state-owned commercial land designated for transfer, with a total area of 1,996.00 square meters and a term of use of 40 years. The site is fully prepared with "seven connections and one leveling," meaning it is level, free of obstacles, and equipped with complete municipal supporting facilities including water, electricity, heating, gas, and communications. The surrounding road network is unobstructed, providing mature conditions for development and construction, allowing for the rapid initiation of project planning and construction.

This land acquisition is a significant initiative by the Ganzhou Qianning Chamber of Commerce in response to the national strategy of "Prospering the Border Areas and Enriching the People" and represents deep involvement in the economic development of border regions. In the future, the plot will be developed into the "Ganzhou Business Tower Hotel." Upon completion, it will fill the gap for high-end commercial services at Turgat Port, enhance the port's reception capacity and service level, stimulate local employment, and promote the coordinated development of related industries, thereby contributing the strength of Ganzhou entrepreneurs to the high-quality economic development of Turgat Port.
