On 9 April 2026, China Primary Energy Holdings Limited announced that its 2025 Annual Report, Notice of Annual General Meeting, Circular and Proxy Form are now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (https://china-p-energy.etnet.com.hk) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

Registered shareholders who have previously opted for printed communications will receive hard copies by mail. Those preferring physical documents—or unable to access the online versions—may submit the enclosed reply form or email 8117-ecom@vistra.com to request printed copies at no cost.

Shareholders are urged to supply a valid email address to ensure receipt of electronic notifications for future corporate communications and actionable documents. Until a functional address is provided, the company can dispatch only printed notices.
