CapitaLand China Trust issues 16.25 million new units for 2025 management fee

CapitaLand China Trust said on Mar, 20 2026 that it has issued 16.247 million new units at 0.7728 Singapore dollars each to satisfy its management fee for the financial year ended Dec, 31 2025.

The issuance covers 6.784 million units for the base fee component and 9.464 million units for the performance fee component. All the new units were allotted to Retail Crown Pte. Ltd., which was nominated by the trust’s manager, CapitaLand China Trust Management Limited, to receive the units in its place.

Following the transaction, the manager holds 3.109 million units, while CapitaLand China Trust’s total issued units have risen to 1.757 billion.
