FS.COM Announces Full Transition to Electronic Dissemination of Corporate Communications

Bulletin Express
04/20

FS.COM Limited will adopt an electronic-only model for all future corporate communications, effective 20 April 2026, in accordance with Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Listing Rules and the company’s articles of association. No printed copies will be mailed unless specifically requested by shareholders.

Actionable corporate communications—documents that require shareholder instructions, such as proxy forms—will be emailed individually. If a functional email address is unavailable, FS.COM will send a printed copy together with a form to collect a valid email address.

Routine corporate communications, including annual reports, interim reports, circulars and meeting notices, will be published on the company’s website (www.fs.com) and the HKEX website (www.hkexnews.hk). FS.COM will no longer issue separate notices of publication; shareholders are expected to monitor the websites directly.

Shareholders who have not yet registered an email address are encouraged to submit one via the online form (accessible by QR code) before 16 June 2026. Alternatively, an email address can be provided at any time by written notice to Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by email to 3355-ecom@vistra.com.

Those preferring printed documents may request them free of charge through Tricor by post or email. Such preferences remain valid until the last day of the following financial year, after which a new request will be required.

For queries, shareholders can contact Tricor Investor Services Limited at +852 2980 1333 during business hours or via 3355-ecom@vistra.com.

The board of FS.COM Limited approved these measures to streamline communication, reduce paper consumption and align with regulatory guidelines.
