Metis TechBio Co., Ltd. announced a post-listing capital increase following the full exercise of the over-allotment option on 10 June 2026. The company allotted 30.18 million new ordinary H-shares at HKD 10.50 per share, expanding its issued share base by 2.87 % from 1.05 billion to 1.08 billion shares.

The transaction, disclosed through a Next Day Disclosure Return to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, implies gross proceeds of approximately HKD 316.93 million (about 0.32 billion). No treasury-share movements, share repurchases or cancellations were reported.

Following completion, Metis TechBio’s total issued share capital stands at 1.08 billion shares, with no treasury shares outstanding. The company confirmed that the issuance was fully authorised by its board and complied with all relevant listing rules and regulatory requirements.
