UBOX ONLINE (02429) announced that on November 20, 2025 (after trading hours), the group entered into a Trusted Asset Management Platform Service Agreement with Ant Double Chain Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. Under the agreement, Ant Double Chain Technology will provide services to the group, either independently or jointly with its affiliates and/or suppliers, on the Ant Digital Technology Trusted Asset Management Platform. These services include supplying trusted on-chain software development kit (SDK) products, related services, and infrastructure support. The contract term is two years, commencing from the date of delivery or provision of the aforementioned products and/or services to the group.

During the validity period of the agreement, Ant Double Chain Technology will grant the group a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-resalable, and non-divisible license to use the trusted on-chain SDK products in China. Ant Double Chain Technology will customize the on-chain SDK products based on the group's business scenarios and provide device-side SDK kits with blockchain data recording functionality for installation on UBOX ONLINE’s vending machines.

Ant Double Chain Technology primarily engages in the development, design, manufacturing, and sales of computer software, as well as research in network and multimedia technologies. UBOX ONLINE operates a vast network of vending machines across mainland China, selling fast-moving consumer goods supported by a data-driven operational system. The agreement will enable the group to record vending machine data on-chain, providing trusted data support for future franchisee incentive programs.
