Keep executes HK$0.19 million share buyback; cumulative repurchases under 2026 mandate reach 3.73 million shares

Keep Inc. (Keep) disclosed a new share repurchase on 16 July 2026, acquiring 98,800 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The shares were bought at prices between HK$1.87 and HK$2.00, with a volume-weighted average of HK$1.95 per share, for a total consideration of HK$0.19 million.

Following the transaction, Keep’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) dropped marginally by 0.0198 % to 498.69 million shares. Treasury shares increased to 11.59 million, while the company’s total issued shares remained unchanged at 510.28 million.

Since receiving shareholder approval for its repurchase mandate on 4 June 2026, Keep has bought back 3.73 million shares on-market, representing 0.74 % of the issued share base at the mandate date. The mandate still permits the repurchase of up to 50.24 million shares, leaving 46.52 million (92.6 % of the authorised limit) available.

In addition to the latest treasury acquisition, 3.52 million shares repurchased between 6 January and 15 April 2026 are pending formal cancellation. Under Hong Kong listing rules, Keep is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 15 August 2026.
