MoneyMax Financial Services raises 74.38 million Singapore dollars through Series 002 digital tokens

MoneyMax Financial Services (5WJ) said its subsidiary MoneyMax Treasure Pte. Ltd. has completed the offering of Series 002 digital security tokens under its 200 million Singapore dollars unsecured commercial paper programme.

The offer closed at 12:00 p.m. Singapore time on Dec, 11 2025, raising 74.38 million Singapore dollars in gross proceeds. The tokens are scheduled to begin trading on the ADDX Exchange on Dec, 12 2025.

Related parties, including Executive Chairman and CEO Dato’ Sri Dr. Lim Yong Guan and other family members as well as Independent Non-Executive Director Lim Yeow Hua, subscribed for 25.86 million Singapore dollars, representing 34.77% of the issuance.

The company said it will provide further updates on material developments related to the programme and the Series 002 issuance when necessary.
