MIE Holdings Corporation has released its Monthly Return for the period ended 30 June 2026, showing no changes to its share capital structure and confirming compliance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX) public-float requirements.
The company’s authorised share capital remained at 100 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.001 each, equivalent to USD 100.00 million. There were no additions or reductions during the month.
Issued share capital was unchanged at 3.39 billion ordinary shares, and the firm held no treasury shares.
