08/26

Shares of TH MEDICAL-B (02697) climbed more than 6% in Monday trading, last up 5.09% to HK$692 with turnover reaching HK$11.3 million.

On August 25, the company issued a voluntary announcement confirming it signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Genertec Liaoning Pharmaceutical on August 22 in Shenyang. The partnership targets the three northeastern provinces, focusing on building tumor minimally invasive diagnosis and treatment systems, ensuring compliant equipment operations, and enhancing specialty capabilities. The collaboration will adopt models such as joint specialty development, equipment technical services, and operational leasing to drive standardized adoption of minimally invasive interventional oncology procedures.

From the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area to the old industrial heartland of the northeast, and from the Hengqin Guangdong-Macao Deep Cooperation Zone to central state-owned enterprise provincial platforms—TH MEDICAL-B's nationwide expansion represents a strategic push spanning thousands of kilometers.

Notably, as of June 1, 2026, the company's products have entered nearly 100 medical institutions across China, with cumulative surgeries exceeding 7,200 cases and a 100% technical success rate. In 2025, the company delivered six devices, driving revenue from RMB 1.79 million in 2024 to RMB 12.18 million—a year-on-year increase of approximately 5.8 times—with gross margins reaching 76.3%.

From obtaining regulatory approvals to equipment installation and recurring consumable purchases, TH MEDICAL-B's commercial closed-loop is rapidly taking shape.
