DTECH (01377) has announced that it will distribute an interim dividend on November 10, 2026, following the approval of its profit distribution plan for the first half of fiscal year 2026 during an extraordinary general meeting.

The dividend applies to holders of H-shares listed on the company's register as of the close of trading on September 23, 2026. Eligible shareholders will receive a cash payout of HK$11.5740 (pre-tax) for every ten H-shares held.

This distribution aligns with the company's previously disclosed proposal, confirming the timeline and per-share amount for the interim payout.
