Lufax Holding Ltd (the “Company”) (Stock Code: 6623; NYSE: LU) has announced that its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) will take place on December 29, 2025. Shareholders on record as of November 17, 2025, are entitled to attend and vote. The meeting will address the renewal of certain framework agreements involving Ping An Insurance (Group) Company of China, Ltd. and its subsidiaries and associates.

In addition, the Board has finalised two senior management appointments, effective October 31, 2025. Mr. Xiang Ji, with extensive experience in retail credit, risk management, and investment management, has been named Co-Chief Executive Officer. He has previously served in leadership roles at international consulting firms and financial institutions. Mr. Tao Wu, who has held executive positions in the financial insurance, automobile service, and internet sectors, has been appointed Executive Deputy General Manager and Chief Marketing Officer. Both will receive remuneration determined by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, reflecting their respective duties and industry benchmarks.
