MAGNIFICENT (00201) announced its interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2025, reporting total revenue of HK$257 million, up 5.19% year-on-year. Shareholders' attributable losses reached HK$15.198 million, narrowing by 53.03% compared to the same period last year. Basic loss per share was HK$0.17 cents.

According to the announcement, the group currently owns eight hotels, operates seven hotels, and leases out one hotel located in London. Revenue from operating hotels increased by 3% to HK$231 million.
