China XLX Fertiliser Announces CFO Transition: Jeremy Cheah to Replace Paul Wong on 15 May 2026

China XLX Fertiliser Ltd. (the Group) has confirmed a senior leadership change effective 15 May 2026. Incumbent Chief Financial Officer and Data Protection Officer Paul Wong Wing Wang will resign to focus on personal commitments. Wong cited no disagreement with the Board, and no other matters require shareholder attention, according to the official disclosure.

Effective the same date, Jeremy Cheah Soon Ann will assume the dual roles of Chief Financial Officer and Data Protection Officer. Cheah, 51, brings more than 25 years of multidisciplinary finance and management experience spanning financial services, commodity trading, oil and gas, and fertiliser manufacturing.

Key professional highlights: • Financial Controller, China XLX Fertiliser (2007–2012). • Chief Financial Officer, Agrocorp International Pte Ltd (2015–2020). • Vice President (Finance), ETHOZ Capital Ltd (2020–2026), overseeing finance operations in Singapore and China. • Former senior finance roles at SGX-listed companies Mirach Energy, JB Foods, and Aztech Group.

Cheah holds a bachelor’s degree in accountancy (Second Upper Honours) from Nanyang Technological University, an MBA from the University of Adelaide, and is both a Chartered Accountant (Singapore) and a Chartered Financial Analyst.

The Board expressed gratitude to Wong for his service and formally welcomed Cheah to the leadership team. Following the change, China XLX Fertiliser’s Board composition remains unchanged, comprising three executive and four independent non-executive directors.
