CTIHK (06055) has announced that on January 27, 2026, the company entered into the Leaf Trading Tobacco Sales Framework Agreement with Leaf Trading, concerning the sale of tobacco leaf products by the company to Leaf Trading.

Based on the development of the company's tobacco leaf product sales and export business, as well as the international market demand for the tobacco leaf products it supplies, it is anticipated that, in addition to the Alliance One group, other contacts of Pyxus located in various countries and regions globally (such as Leaf Trading) will also purchase tobacco leaf products from the company for their own production needs or for resale to end customers worldwide.

The Group believes that entering into the Leaf Trading Tobacco Sales Framework Agreement will assist in the further development of its business in the future, generating additional revenue by meeting the overseas demand for tobacco leaf products in the global market, which is a significant initiative aligned with the Group's business and commercial objectives.
