China Everbright Greentech Limited (CEB Greentech) has scheduled a board meeting for 12 August 2026. The agenda includes approval of the consolidated interim results for the six-month period ended 30 June 2026, authorisation of the results’ publication, and consideration of an interim dividend declaration.

The meeting details were disclosed in an announcement dated 28 July 2026, signed by Executive Director and Chairman Zhu Fugang. Current board composition comprises Executive Directors Zhu Fugang and Liang Haidong (Chief Executive Officer); Non-executive Director Mao Jing; and Independent Non-executive Directors Chow Siu Lui, Prof. Yan Houmin and Li Huaqiang.
