Top Glove Corporation Bhd announced that substantial shareholder Puan Sri Tong Siew Bee acquired an indirect 2.0 million ordinary shares on May, 26 2026, bringing her total stake to about 3.07 billion shares.

The purchase, executed through CGS International Nominees Malaysia (Tempatan) Sdn Bhd on behalf of Lim Hooi Sin, leaves Tong’s direct holding unchanged at 17.56 million shares. Her indirect or deemed interest now stands at 3.05 billion shares, equal to 38.023 % of Top Glove’s issued capital.
