• Authorised share capital remained at 3.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.00005 each, equivalent to total authorised capital of USD 150,000.
• Issued share capital was unchanged at 795.66 million ordinary shares, and the company held no treasury shares at month-end.
• The board confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum 25 percent public-float requirement.
• Under the Post-IPO Share Option Scheme (adopted 17 November 2020 and amended 22 December 2023), 60.13 million options were outstanding as at 31 May 2026, with no exercises during the month. The combined scheme mandate allows up to 79.57 million new shares to be issued through options or awards.
