The hotel operator reported adjusted earnings of $1.33 per share for Q4 2025, significantly surpassing the mean analyst estimate of 37 cents. While the company posted a net loss of $20 million, this marked a substantial improvement from the $56 million loss recorded a year earlier. Key performance metrics showed strength, with comparable system-wide revenue per available room (RevPAR) rising 4% year-over-year, led by particularly robust growth in the luxury and upper upscale segments.

Investor sentiment was further bolstered by Hyatt's financial outlook. The company projects net income for 2026 to range between $235 million and $320 million, representing a dramatic turnaround from the $52 million net loss reported for 2025. This guidance, alongside forecasts for continued RevPAR growth and strong fee expansion, underpinned the positive market reaction during the trading session.
