CCB Confirms Yang Qiang’s Appointment as Independent Non-Executive Director

China Construction Bank Corporation (CCB) announced that Yang Qiang has formally assumed the role of Independent Non-Executive Director following regulatory clearance from the National Financial Regulatory Administration.

The appointment was approved at CCB’s 2025 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting on 26 June 2026 and became effective upon receipt of regulatory approval. Biographical details for Yang Qiang were previously disclosed in a board resolution dated 4 June 2026 and posted on the HKEXnews website.
