Chongqing Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as CQRC Bank) released an updated list of directors and their committee roles dated 25 March 2026. The Board now comprises seven members—two executive directors, three non-executive directors and two independent non-executive directors—overseeing eight specialised committees.

Executive leadership • Liu Xiaojun and Sui Jun serve as executive directors. Liu Xiaojun chairs both the Strategic Development Committee and the Risk Management Committee, while Sui Jun leads the Sannong Financial Services Committee and the Consumer Rights Protection Committee.

Non-executive directors • Ma Bao, Dong Bin and Yuan Gang act as non-executive directors. Ma Bao and Dong Bin sit on three committees each—Strategic Development, Risk Management and Related Party Transaction Supervision—whereas Yuan Gang holds memberships on the Strategic Development and Related Party Transaction Supervision Committees.

Independent non-executive directors • Lee Ming Hau and Bi Qian reinforce governance independence. Lee Ming Hau chairs the Nomination Committee and participates in five additional committees, including Audit and Consumer Rights Protection. Bi Qian chairs the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee and is a member of four other committees.
