On 29 April 2026, OSL Group announced that the English and Chinese versions of its 2025 Annual Report have been uploaded to the company website (group.osl.com) and the HKEX news website (hkexnews.hk).

The board recommends shareholders and investors access the digital version but confirms printed copies are available free of charge upon request. Non-registered holders who experience difficulty accessing the online report may complete and return the enclosed Request Form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Ltd., 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, using the prepaid mailing label or by emailing 863-ecom@vistra.com.

Shareholders preferring electronic delivery of future corporate communications should supply a functional email address through their bank, broker, custodian, nominee, or HKSCC Nominees Ltd. Until such details are provided, notices of publication will be sent in printed form only.
