TVB (00511) has announced a formal change to its corporate identity. The company's English name has been updated from "Television Broadcasts Limited" to "TVB Limited," and its Chinese name has been changed from "电视广播有限公司" to "无线集团有限公司."

These changes became effective on July 24, 2026, following the issuance of a certificate of change of name by the Companies Registry on that date.

The name change does not affect the rights of any shareholders or holders of the company's securities. All existing share certificates bearing the former company name will continue to serve as valid evidence of ownership of the company's shares. These certificates will remain effective for trading, settlement, registration, and delivery purposes.

Consequently, the company will not arrange for the free exchange of existing share certificates for new certificates bearing the new name. Starting from July 24, 2026, all new share certificates will be issued under the new company name. Pending confirmation from the stock exchange, the Chinese stock short name for TVB (00511) securities traded on the exchange will also be updated.
