Alliance International Education Leasing Holdings Limited (ALLI INTL ED LE) reported that shareholders endorsed every motion tabled at both the 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) held on 27 August 2026.

AGM outcomes • All seven ordinary resolutions—including adoption of FY2025/26 audited financial statements, re-election of three executive directors, remuneration authorisation, and renewal of general mandates for share issuance and repurchase—were approved, each attracting between 99.99 % and 100 % of the votes cast. • Valid votes represented 772.26 million shares, compared with 1.69 billion issued shares eligible to vote.

EGM outcome • The sole resolution, covering the termination of charter agreements for the motor vessel “XH Navigator” and settlement arrangements between Union Shipping Fund I–SPV2, Xie Hai Navigator Shipping and Fond Marine, passed with 99.95 % support (772.26 million votes in favour; 0.37 million against).

Board and committee changes • Executive Director Mr Yuen Kin Shan and Independent Non-Executive Director Ms Xing Li retired at the close of the AGM after opting not to seek re-election. • Mr Yuen continues as Chief Financial Officer, Company Secretary and authorised representative. • Executive Director Ms Liu Meina joined the Nomination Committee effective immediately after the AGM.

Auditor transition • Shareholders approved the appointment of KTC Partners CPA Limited as external auditor, replacing SHINEWING (HK) CPA Limited, to serve until the next AGM.

All polls were conducted by Tricor Investor Services Limited as independent scrutineer, and no shareholders were required to abstain from any vote.
