Registered shareholders are encouraged to access these materials electronically. Those who experience difficulties with the online versions may obtain free printed copies by completing the enclosed reply form and returning it to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or via email to 8521-ecom@vistra.com.

Shareholders are responsible for providing a functional email address. Until an active address is supplied, WebX will continue to send notices of publication and actionable corporate communications in printed form.
