SLD GROUP (02262) has released its interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2026, reporting a 46.16% year-on-year increase in profit attributable to equity holders of the company to HK$2.324 million.

The group achieved revenue of HK$187 million during the period, representing a decrease of 4.06% compared to the same period last year. Earnings per share stood at 0.2 HK cents.

According to the announcement, the decline in total revenue was primarily attributed to slower project progress in China's real estate market, particularly within the hotel, food and beverage, hospitality, and commercial building sectors, which are the focus of the company's JHD division.
